Special Orders, Custom Orders & Lay Aways

Many of our items may be altered in various ways. Requests may included the use of more or less stones or different size stones for a particular item. Such requests may be possible, but usually require more processing time (7-14 business days). Please make sure you ask our representative for an estimated time of delivery.

Lay Away orders can be set up with a 30% down payment. Lay Away plan can be established for up to 6 months.

Feel Free to call a representative at 1.800.397.1926 with the item number of the product you wish to customize and/or Lay Away.

Please note: All custom made rings & Lay Away orders can be returned or canceled prior to completing the payment plan schedule. All cancellations are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

International Shipping

Wonder Jewelers ships internationally to APO and FPO addresses via USPS priority mail at a flat rate of $25. We also currently ship World Wide via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $85. Please call a representative at 1.800.397.1926 for more information. All shipments are fully insured during transit. We accept credit cards by Canadian customers if the billing and shipping addresses are the same. Wire transfers are required for all other international orders at this time. Wonder Jewelers does not charge sales tax to international orders. Please consult your local customs agency to determine any applicable duties and taxes for your country.

Alternate Shipping Address

If your billing address is a P.O. Box or if you would like your delivery to be discreet, you can provide a shipping address other than your billing address. For added security from fraudulent charges to your credit card, please provide the alternate shipping address to your credit card company. Your sales representative will verify that both addresses are on file with your credit card company.

Saturday Delivery

For your convenience, Saturday delivery can be arranged if weekday delivery is not suitable. Though FedEx provides this service to a vast majority of US cities, delivery in your area is subject to availability. One of our sales consultants will be glad to assist in verifying Saturday delivery in your area. If you are interested in requesting FedEx Saturday Delivery, please contact one of our sales representatives.

Shipping and Handling

All packages shipped from Wonder Jewelers are fully insured & delivered to your doorstep. For security purposes, signature is required for all FedEx or UPS deliveries, regardless of signature waivers you may have on file with FedEx and/or UPS.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, Wonder Jewelers accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card.
* Please note: Any Credit Card payment over $10,000 will require a signed "Consent to Charge" agreement by the customer and may require further verification by Wonder Jewelers.

Wire Transfers: All payments made by wire transfers will receive a 1.5-3% discount. Wire price discounts are displayed next to the regular price on every item product page. Upon checkout you will select the wire tranfer payment option and the price will update automatically. Once the checkout process has been completed you will receive an email with instructions containing our bank information to print and present to your bank.

Paypal: Paypal payments are available on checkout. Upon checkout you will select the "Paypal" payment option and proceed to the paypal.com website to compete your payment.

Returns

Wonder Jewelers offers a 30-days return period for a full refund (minus any special requests), as long as everything is returned in its original condition and with all contents. Every loose diamond purchased through Wonder Jewelers is accompanied by its original diamond grading report, and all rings, pendants, and bracelets are shipped in a wood lacquered box. We require that these items are included in your return in the condition you received them or a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed by our gemologists within 1-2 business days.

Please Note: 1) ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED OVER THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. ALL RETURNED ORDERS MUST OBTAIN AN RMA # TO BE MARKED ON THE RETURNED BOX. ORDERS WITHOUT AN RMA # ARE SUBJECTED TO A 20% PROCESSING FEE.
2) All Phone orders are subjected to a 14 day return policy only unless explicitly specified in writing via email or web agreement.
3) All loose diamonds imported from outside the USA are subjected to a 14 days return policy only unless explicitly specified in writing via email or web agreement.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

We welcome any ring/jewelry customization. Upon agreement we will provide you with all necessary descriptions and provide you with detailed pictures of the item/s you are ordering. Custom orders will require a minimum of 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance of the item will be collected upon completion of the production process and prior to shipping of the item.

In the event of cancellation of the order prior to the completion of the item customer will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Please note: We only allow 7 days to return the a custom made item if you are not 100% satisfied.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the State of California will be subject to a 9.00% sales tax.

Ring Sizing

Wonder Jewelers offers free ring sizing within the first 120 days from the original shipment date. Most rings can be resized within 3-4 business days. Depending on the size discrepancy, some rings will take approximately 8-10 business days.

Repair Service

Wonder Jewelers offers repair services. A fee may apply for any service or repair item that may seem abused or altered in any way. Please call a representative toll-free at 1.800.397.1926 for further details.

Product Availability

All items listed on our website are subject to availability. With the high volume of orders we receive and the items we carry, at times, an item may be sold before we are able to update our site. If an item is out of stock, a sales consultant will personally and promptly contact you to help you search for a comparable item.

Product Pricing

Management makes every attempt to ensure that our expansive online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In the event an item is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to data-entry or system error, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors and cancel any orders placed for the item listed at the incorrect price or with the inaccurate description. Due to pricing fluctuations in the diamond market, our prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Information and Changes

Management has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the site. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size and colors will vary depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail. In accordance with industry standards and FTC regulations, total carat weight may vary +/- 0.05 carats from the stated weight.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).
