This cut allows for the majority of the light that enters the diamond to escape reducing
the
amount
of
brilliance that the diamond possesses. However, this makes for a good option in diamonds
that
are
much
smaller in carat as the opportunity to view the reduced brilliance is significantly
smaller.
This cut is one that we recommend as it serves as a style that is both well proportioned
and
carefully
angled allowing it to possess a luminosity.
This serves as the greatest value of cut that is available to the customer at an
excellent price
and
allowing for a significant amount of light to pass through so that the brilliance viewed
is to a
higher
level.
This cut reflects the greatest amount of light increasing brilliance just below a cut of
excellence.
When viewed in normal lighting conditions this cut appears up to the same caliber as
Excellent,
with
a
lesser price point for the customer.
This cut allows for the maximum amount of brilliance to be viewed in the diamond. This
cut
reflects
almost the entirety of light that enters the diamond, which allows for maximum sparkle.
J: Similar to I color grade but with a slightly more fiery tint.
I: Contains a small trace of color but typically appears almost colorless to the naked
& untrained eye.
H: Very small level of color trace when compared to “Colorless” diamonds but will
hold a great value and reflect great brilliance.
G: The highest color of the “Near Colorless” group with very slightly noticeable trace
of color. G color diamond will face very white to the naked eye..
F: The lowest color in the Colorless level of diamonds. Contain a very slight trace of
color but very high in brilliance like D & E.
E: May contain minute traces of color only when comparing to D color stone but
very high in brilliance level.
D: This is the highest level of colorless diamond on the scale. This serve as the most
rare and most expensive diamonds.

I1: Contains inclusions such as large feathers or large included crystals that are
obvious under 10x magnification and the naked eye. Often, such diamonds will be
less transparent and less brilliant.
SI3: Contains inclusions such as clouds, crystals, knots, cavities and feathers that can
be noticeable with 10x magnification and in some and by the naked eye.
SI2: Contains inclusions such as clouds, crystals, knots, cavities and feathers that can
be noticeable with 10x magnification and in some cases by the naked eye.
SI1: Contains inclusions such as clouds, crystals, knots, cavities and feathers
noticeable normally only with 10x magnification.
VS2: Similar to VS1, possesses very small inclusions that may only be seen with
difficulty under 10x magnification.
VS1: Contains minute inclusions such as small crystals, clouds, or feathers, when
observed with effort under 10x magnification.
VVS2: Contains minute, very small inclusions at a small level more than VVS1. Yet
extremely difficult to detect other than by a trained gemologist under a specific
magnification of 10x or more.
VVS1: Contains minute, very small inclusions that are extremely difficult to detect
other than by a trained gemologist under a specific magnification of 10x or more.
IF: Flawless. Shows no inclusions or blemishes of any sort under 10X magnification
even when observed by experienced grader.
